Material, design and fittings
The architecture is best described as modern oriental-Scandinavian. The design idea of the houses is uncluttered, but they radiate warmth and familiarity. interior walls are usually light, combined with both light and dark floors.Materials for the kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and the wooden floors in the bedrooms are from Scandinavia. However, much of the material used in the walls and floors is Moroccan, as are other decorative features.
The villas come fully equipped with heated floors and fitted kitchens including top of the range appliances, such as kitchen machinery, washing machines.
All villas are equipped with exclusively designed Finnish sauna baths, finished to a high specification and specially selected to fit the area's general material profile. As regards furnishings, complete alternatives in different styles and price categories are available from our own interior designer.
